Terms

Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE — TO BE SET]

By using Wishlist you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. Our privacy page explains what we keep.

Using Wishlist

  • Wishlist is free, for families and friends sharing holiday wishlists.
  • You sign in with Google or Apple and keep that account safe.
  • Adults add and manage kids' lists. Kids don't get their own sign-in, and you should only add a child you're a parent or guardian of.
  • Only invite people who'd want to be invited.

What you add

Your list, notes and photos stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people in your exchanges. Don't add anything illegal, hateful, or that isn't yours to share.

Stores, links and AI

We don't sell anything. Links go to other stores, and what you buy there is between you and them. Prices and photos are filled in automatically and the AI can get things wrong, so check before you buy.

AI helpers

If you connect an assistant, it can see what you can see and claim or mark gifts for you. You're responsible for what it does; turn its key off anytime in Settings.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep surprises secret and stop double gifts, but Wishlist is provided as is. We may change or stop the app, and we may remove accounts that misuse it. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.

Changes and questions
